Booking and pricing

How do I book?

Use the instant quote with your date, guest count, and location. You'll see your price right away. A signed contract and a 50% deposit reserve your date.

How much does the coffee cart cost?

It depends on how long you need us, your guest count, and travel. Your instant quote shows your exact price in about 2 minutes. See how pricing works.

How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can, especially for wedding season (May through September) and the holidays. Dates booked within 2 weeks of the event add a rush fee.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is free up to 50 miles from Hillsboro. Farther trips are priced in your instant quote.

Do you vend or sell coffee by the cup?

Not for events you book. Hiring the cart covers your guests' drinks. Our vending schedule is planned months in advance, and we don't accept outside invitations.

Is gratuity included?

No, gratuity isn't added to your invoice. If you or your guests choose to tip, 100% goes to the baristas who worked your event.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A signed contract and a 50% deposit hold your date. See our booking policies for the details.

Drinks and dairy-free options

What drinks do you serve?

Espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, mochas, americanos, and seasonal specials), non-coffee drinks (chai, matcha, tea, and London fog), and hot chocolate. Add-ons include cold brew, drip coffee, custom cups, branding, and a latte printer. See the menu.

Can you customize the menu?

Yes, within reason. We can talk syrups, dairy alternatives, and signature drink ideas.

Do you have dairy-free options?

Yes. Oat milk is always on the cart.

Where do your beans come from?

From our sister roastery, Roasted by Mom Coffee: 6x award-winning, women-owned, and based in Hillsboro.

Venue, setup, and weather

What do you need at the venue?

A flat, accessible spot for the cart with room for a line to form. Power nearby is helpful, and water access is a bonus but not required. We'll confirm the details once we know your venue.

How much setup time do you need?

We need 1 hour before service to set up and 1 hour after to pack out.

What if it rains?

Indoor venues are ideal. Outdoors, the cart runs when it's dry and between 40°F and 90°F. If it rains, we'll need a covered spot or a move indoors.
